The reason why I made is video is that I wanted to help people like me who are suffering from acne to battle their skin dilemma. It is really frustrating and it honestly affects your self confidence. I’m proud of my skin now and want to share to you my “secrets”
I stopped having facials since 2015 because it honestly gave me deep scars and the breakout was just never ending. So, I went to the best derma in the Philippines which is The Aivee Clinic for consultation and mainly because I needed prescriptions (they are the best in my own opinion because they will treat you like it’s an emergency as doctors should – although they are really pricey)
Started Aivee Clinic December 2015 had 2 consultations 1 was for general assessment that included them giving prescriptions wc is Acnotin 20mg (P70/pill) for 2 mos then 2nd consultation I had one session of fraxel for 18,000 didn’t do much as I only had one session and had to leave for the States so when I got back I just got my Acnotin 10mg for 1 month then I just came back for the facial wash and acne cream. Their consultation fee is P500/consultation on top of the medications. I had like 6 creams that I didn’t really use so 1,000 per cream + facial wash So all in all maybe P30,000
When I saw changes, I stopped going to the doctor as facials and consultations were just too much for my budget. So, I just self medicated and researched what’s best for my skin and saved me thousands of money.
The products I use are (and apply in order):
1. Aivee CIinic Gentle Cleanse – facial wash
2. Mario Badescu Toner – check your skin type before you buy this toner
3. Art Naturals Vitamin C Serum – You can try other serums too
4. Celeteque Moisturizer + SPF – You can get this in any drugstore (Remember, just a pea size! You get more greasy when you add more products to your face so a decent amount/ pea size is good enough)
5. Home Health Natural Vitamin E Oil – this makes your skin soft and smooth. I suggest you research about it too before using it.
6. Aivee Clinic Anti Acne Cream – I use this because it was given to me by the derma and I haven’t finished it. You can also use the Benzac ointment from the drugstore as long as you apply it
evenly all over your face using a cotton bud. Don’t overdo it as it will leave brown or burn-like marks.
7. Freeman Charcoal active (You can use any mask depending on your skin type)
8. H2O!!!!!!!! 2-4 liters!
These are roughly P3,000 altogether and that’s not bad compared to having 1 facial for P3,000.

“Hi I’m Patricia Longo and I’m a celebrity make-up artist.I have worked with models from ‘Sports Illustrated’ like Brooklyn Decker and Julie Henderson to Alec Baldwin in ’30 Rock’. All those things that experts do that the average person doesn’t know how to do, will learn how to do it on these videos.
I always say moisturizer is hope in a bottle. I have lot of friends who go out and buy La Perrie and Creme de la Mer and when they see what’s in my closet they are shocked. I buy Oil of Olay or Neutrogena. I don’t spend a lot on moisturizer even though people think they have to spend two-three hundred dollars on a eye cream or moisturizer for the face… but that’s not the case. Companies like Oil of Olay and Neutrogena…they actually know what they are doing. What I recommend is looking at the ingredients. If you have a oily skin, stay away from anything that has oils in it. I always try to choose an oil-free moisturizer, specially if you are combination, you are very oily in the T-zone. If you are very dry skinned, I would recommend someone like Shiseido. Shiseido makes a beautiful moisturizer for a dry skin and they are reasonably priced. So you don’t have to spend a fortune on a moisturizer, you can spend a fair amount or go the cheap route like I do. I’m 40 and I’m proud to say I look good at my age. I have always used Oil of olay and Neutrogena.”

Hello everyone!
So in this video I pamper your ears with a variety of close up ear to ear sounds. I thought it would fun to do some ear peeling, as I think it sounds great but can also be visually satisfying I also wanted to test out giving you an ear massage with a peel off face mask, because it’s thick/sticky and it makes a kind of ‘elastic’ sound as the mask begins to dry, which I thought would be something a little different.
I also used a thick cream in the second part of this video, which I think sounds a bit different to the regular lotion I use and then I give you a little ear cleaning after This video has some whispering in it for those who enjoy it, but I will link some no-talking ear massages at the bottom of this description box. Some masks are designed to dry or solidify on the face, almost like plaster; others just remain wet. The perceived effects of a facial mask treatment include revitalizing, healing, or refreshing; and, may yield temporary or long-term benefits (depending on environmental, dietary, and other skincare factors).
Masks are removed by either rinsing the face with water, wiping off with a damp cloth, or peeling off of the face by hand. Duration for wearing a mask varies with the type of mask, and manufacturer’s usage instructions. The time can range from a few minutes to overnight. Those with sensitive skin are advised to first test out the mask on a small portion of the skin, in order to check for any irritations.[citation needed] Some facial masks are not suited to frequent use. Non-setting facial masks include warm oil and paraffin wax masks. These different forms are made to suit different skin types (e.g., oily or dry), and different skincare goals or needs (e.g., moisturizing, cleansing, exfoliating). Clay and mud masks suit oily and some “combination” skin types, while cream-based masks tend to suit dry and sensitive skin types.

Your skin is your body’s largest organ, so treat it as well as you would any other organ.
Step 1: Take short showers
Limit your showers or baths to between 5 and 10 minutes, and use water that’s just warm, not hot. Staying in hot water, although it may feel luxurious, actually strips your skin’s natural oils.
Step 2: Use moisturizing cleanser
Use a moisturizing cleanser or one formulated for dry skin when you bathe. Regular soaps can be too harsh and will dehydrate skin.
Tip
When taking a bath, try adding two cups of whole milk to the water at the beginning of the bath to provide a little extra moisture for dry skin.
Step 3: Pat dry
Don’t dry off completely after bathing. Blot yourself gently with a towel rather than rubbing so your skin is still damp.
Tip
If you are using a topical prescription cream, always apply it between cleansing and moisturizing.
Step 4: Apply moisturizer
Apply a moisturizer to your whole body immediately after bathing and before your skin has completely dried. This helps lock the water into your skin.
Step 5: Moisturize a second time
Moisturize again so you’ve slathered yourself twice each day–once in the morning and once before bed.
Tip
For really dry skin, try moisturizing with Vaseline and wear soft cotton socks, pajamas, and even gloves to bed. This will help retain the product so it softens your skin while you sleep.
Step 6: Raise the humidity
A humidifier or even a shallow pan of water near a heat source will help banish dry, dehydrating air, especially during the winter.
