The owner of dermaTRUTH, Michelle, set up a special discount code for my lovely viewers, so use the code GORGEOIS for 15% off until January 31st! (Not an affiliate code–I am not receiving any compensation)

Also shipping is free over 0, so extra savings on two or more!

One thing I forgot to mention is that Michelle is a fellow esthetician, so I’m very happy to support her and her fantastic product. It’s obvious how much work has gone into making it spectacular.

Also Michelle has some great articles on the dermaTRUTH website that any fans of my work would definitely enjoy: http://ift.tt/1GiPtWI

A quick clarification: when I say that this is an “advanced” product, I just mean that this is a product for people who are comfortable with making investments in high quality skin care ingredients and the inevitable price tags that go along with them. Not all higher end price tags come with an appropriate level of efficacy–in fact, a lot of similarly priced products you’ll find in departments stores probably can’t touch a serum like this.

But certain ingredients at this point in time can’t be delivered at a low price point, and sometimes it takes a while for consumers to become comfortable with that, especially when there are so many products that cost a lot of money without delivering much. For very young people who are just starting out with skin care, an investment like this serum is probably going to seem too steep when your skin is mostly dealing with oil production issues that can be addressed with much lower cost ingredients. For those who have been using products longer and thus tried a wider variety of products, who know that certain types of ingredients work better than others on things like photodamage and wrinkles, a more advanced product will seem like a better investment.

And as an aside, re: the Paula’s Choice C15 comparison, I still love the C15. It simply doesn’t have the same ingredients as the dermaTRUTH serum, and its price point reflects that. The C15 is an excellent serum if you need an antiox product for a lower price point (and it is an L-ascorbic vit C, which is imo still the best C active), but if you have the budget for a more advanced product, the dermaTRUTH serum is amazing.

Happy new year everyone! I hope you resolve to take excellent care of your skin, and yourselves!

I do not give personalized recommendations in video comments or answer private messages. It is just not feasible for me to do so. I will try my best to answer questions in future videos, in facebook notes or (whenever I get around to it) in blog posts, but I regret that it is not possible to answer thousands of questions individually.

Please check my back catalog of videos and facebook notes–there is a lot of information in each!

Hi, I’m Veronica! This is my 12th anniversary of becoming an esthetician, and I’m happy to share the wisdom that I’ve gathered over the years with all of you. My resume includes practicing in a famous LA plastic surgery center’s medical spa, a five-star hotel and two of the most famous waxing institutions in Beverly Hills. My skin care philosophy may be a bit different than a lot of what you hear about on the internet, but it’s based on many years of professional and personal experience and study.

If anything that I say is helpful to you, I would sincerely appreciate if you take a moment to share my videos!

Thank you, xo
