So this intended Review in Two for the new Neutrogena Water Gel Hydra Boost turned out to be more of a rant than a review! And I do a lot of comparing between the Neutrogena product and an old standby, my beloved Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Gel. Admittedly, because this was more of a filming evolution than a planned description of the products, I’m not as technical as I usually am in these types of reviews. Sorry about this :/ This is more gut reaction than down-and-dirty research. But I hope you’ll enjoy regardless!
