Today I review PHL Vitamin C Face Serum, it’s a very nice product, smells very nice, comes in a glass 1 oz bottle with a nice eye dropper for serum, feels good on skin, absorbs quickly, can use underneath moisturizer. It’s made in the USA so that’s awesome, and it’s not tested on animals. Worth buying pick one or 2 up.
