HOW TO:
Tap the middle finger between the eyebrows Forefinger to gently press the eye.
Roll the eyes upward , the eye muscles move up and down rhythmically.
Squint  and open eyes repeat 10 times
Hold in the squint and I close the eyes tightly 
Stiff hips tightly and count 1 to 40.

TIPS:
1. Do this pose for 3 times a day
