How to Make Magnesium Lotion & Magnesium Oil

How to Make Magnesium Lotion & Magnesium Oil
In this video you will see how I make & use Magnesium Oil & Magnesium Oil for informational use only – FDA Laws require a disclaimer for the information contained herein – this lotion and oil could be considered a treatment or drug and requires a disclaimer to be given – That being said, here’s a link where you can get the Magnesium Flakes: http://ift.tt/2fZeH7V and search for “Magnesium Flakes” or you can simply find it on Amazon or ask your local health food store.

Half Recipe:

Heaping 1/2 Cup of Magnesium Chloride Flakes
4 Ounces Filtered Water (Spring or Distilled Water)
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil 1/2 Cup Almond Oil (or 1/2 Cup Grape Seed Oil, Olive Oil, Jojoba Oil, etc as long as your oils combined equal 1 cup)
3 Tablespoons Beeswax Beads or Shredded Beeswax (makes it easier to melt!)
1/2 Tsp to 1 tsp Vitamin E Oil (or Grape Seed Extract – Used as a preservative)

DO NOT USE EPSON SALTS FOR THIS RECIPE! IT IS NOT THE SAME THING!
Magnesium Oil – Stir heaping 1/2 Cup Magnesium Chloride Flakes into 4 Oz filtered Water – stir until dissolved – Pour into a spray bottle (It’s like Ocean Spray in a bottle!)
