This is research done on skin wrinkling and the affects of healthy foods and Green or White Tea. Tests were done under a micro-topographic method to measure the healthiness of skin. We see the difference between healthy skin and ageing skin. Three things contribute to the ageing of skin i.e. Oxidative stress which is induced by sun damage; Inflammation and Lack of blood flow; Ischemia-reperfusion.
Examinations were made between a high intake of vegetables and meats as well as fruits and teas. Green teas can help protect against UV radiations after a study was done from women. Eating healthy can help with healthy skin. The Danielle scale was used to measure the affects of eating healthy foods such as green vegetables and yellow vegetables.
Comparison is also made between Green and White Tea. Although the same plant leave can produce the same teas, the difference is made by the method of processing the teas. This is where you will find green, white and black tea being produced. Tests were done to test the ability to prevent DNA damage. Tests were conducted using Salmonella to test the Hetero-cyclic Amine Content.
