Update – Simple Anti-Aging Skin Care Routine~For Mature Woman and Men Skin + Tips

Anti-aging skincare can be very effective, even if you are over 60. I am 63 years old, and have never had any injectables, peels, or plastic surgery. This was filmed Dec. 4th.

Step by step skin care – Dec 15, 2016
1. In the morning, I wash my face with water
2. With damp skin, I apply Timeless Vitamin C+E+Ferulic Acid – four drops, avoiding eyes.
3. Then I apply 2 drops of Argireline Serum from Skin Deva all over my face.
4. I then use about 1/2 pump of Timeless Hydrating Eye Cream
5. Then I use a small amount of Beenigma all over my face.
6. Later, I apply IT Cosmetics CC+ cream with an SPF of 50, or their Anti-Aging Armour SPF 50+

At bedtime, I cleanse my face, using Purity (twice a week I use my Clarisonic), wait about 15 minutes, then apply a very small amount of 0.1% Retin A (avoiding the eyelids, and the area close to my eyes), about 5 times a week. The nights I do not use Retin A, I just cleanse my face & apply 4 drops of Timeless Hyaluronic Acid before going to sleep.

Every other week I alternate between Holika Holika Smoothie Peeling Jam, and Shiseido Facial Razors.
