I greatly reduced my mouth wrinkles — smile lines (nasolabial folds), marionette lines and lip lines at home without dermal fillers by simply dermarolling (or dermastamping) them (simple and easy to do!) and then applying a product that helps to build collagen right after I dermaroll (or dermastamp my skin which is also called microneedling and collagen induction therapy). Using a 0.5 mm (or larger, I stick with a 0.5) dermastamp or dermaroller is ideal for building collagen. It takes 3-6 months for new collagen growth and I would roll once every week or two to give my skin enough time to repair itself and build new collagen to reduce and even get rid of laugh lines (also called smile lines and nasolabial folds), upper lip lines and marionette lines. Skin care product ingredients that I look for to build collagen are: retin a, retinols, retinaldehydes, peptides and rhamnose (which is a natural sugar that helps build collagen). I apply 1 or 2 of these products RIGHT AFTER rolling and rotate the ones I use each time I roll or stamp my skin.
