I like this method of incorporating niacin into my routine because its easy and works. This video has a bit of my routines explained but a complete one next week. All you have to do is add some niacin into your water and a bit of glycerine for moisture! Or you could use a witch hazle or Rose water or other flower water and essential oils if you like. Very refreshing! But start with small amount like a 1/8 teaspoon to 2 oz water or less like 2 pinches as it flushes your skin which is part of the magic of niacin for your skin. fresh blood to your cells! You will slush less and less as your skin becomes accustom.
