Aloe Vera Ice Cubes – How to moisturise, reduce wrinkles and whiten skin

Aloe Vera Ice Cubes – How to moisturise, reduce wrinkles and whiten skin
Cosmetic companies add Aloe Vera to their products such as makeup, moisturisers, soaps, sunscreens, and shampoos. I was applying Aloe Vera gel directly from the plant to my face. It is totally pure and the way more effective than Aloe Vera gel in the bottle.

I bought this plant online and it was smaller than I expected. It grows very slow indoors and takes ages to grow bigger. I realised that it will take a while to grow big leaves and I am not very patient. Of course I wanted to have benefits of this plant as soon as I can so I found a way that I can use it!

First you need to cut all the leaves from the roots. Wash your leaves to make sure that there is no soil on them. Dry all these leaves with a paper towel Put the aloe Vera leaves into a blender and blend on high speed until it becomes a thin purée Pour the purée into ice cubes tray and put in the freezer.

A great way to refresh the face and prevent wrinkles is to do skin icing. It is one of the most popular beauty rituals and it contributes to better looking skin.

1. First, cleanse your face thoroughly.
2. Wrap one or two aloe Vera ice cubes in a soft cloth.
3. When the ice starts melting and dampens the cloth, apply it to the face.

Don’t worry if your skin is very sensitive to cold and you can’t use ice directly on your skin. Before applying let it melt. Take an aloe vera ice cube from the freezer and wait for a few minutes for the cube to start melting and then you can apply it on your face. Alternatively you can add Aloe Vera purée to your face or hair masks.

Aloe Vera is great and you can use it on your face every day.
