How To Make Goat Milk/Rice powder whitening Body &Face Lotion
Recipe for Goat milk/Rice powder whitening lotion

Oil phase
31 grams olive oil
31 grams almond oil
9 grams Shea butter
20 grams Emulsifying wax
5 grams conditioning emulsifier
6 grams vitamin e

Water phase
292 grams distilled water
29 grams goat milk powder
26 grams rice powder

Cool down phase
5 grams ophtiphen or germaben

Fragrance oil of your choice

Phase 1: clean and sanitize your work area and all your equipment. Wear gloves, protective clothing and hair net while preparing this recipe

Phase 2: Heat water up to 180F and hold for 20 minutes to destroy any bacteria . Remove from heat , mix goat milk and rice powder in the water and set aside.

Phase 3: in another container heat oils and Emulsifying wax/ conditioning wax ( Double boiler method or microwave for 1 minute temperature should be around 140F

Phase 4: Ensure your water phase and oils phase is around 140F add water to the oil and quickly stick blend. Mixture will turn white in color and begin to emulsify.

Phase 5: allow mixture to cool down around 120F add ophtiphen preservative and fragrance oil. Mix thoroughly.
Allow to cool to room temperature and bottle
