Because moisturizer will soften your skin with dust protection and sunscreen will protect you from sun rays. So, you will get double protection.
The third question I recognize while doing makeup? Do we need to apply moisturizer before makeup? Or should we use Serum after moisturizer? Well, my suggestion is, as it also works as a cleanser so you can use the moisturizer with toner and cleanser before makeup.
