I started taking Spironolactone a few years ago for hormonal breakouts. I take 100mgs once a day. It took about 3-6 months (I can’t remember exactly how long it took now- but it wasn’t overnight) to see results. So far it has been the only thing that worked on my skin. I take a blood test once a year to check potassium levels to make sure I can safely keep taking it. So far everything seems fine!
