Green tea.
Flaxseeds.
Vitamin E capsule.
Aloe Vera gel.
Rose essential oil.
Preparation.
Pour a cup of water in a saucepan, then add 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds and a teaspoon of green tea then boil the mixture for a bit.
Now, strain it and leave the liquid to cool down, then add 2 vitamin E capsules, 2 drops of the essential oil, a tablespoon of Aloe gel and mix everything well.
Take a small amount of the mixture and massage it on your face before going to bed, then leave it to work overnight before rinsing with water.
