Video Notes:
off your first order with Paula’s Choice (new accounts only): http://goo.gl/nr2GMb — this is a referral link that is part of the Paula’s Choice refer-a-friend program, which is open to everyone! If you choose to use my link, I will receive a store credit. I am not affiliated with Paula’s Choice, and do not receive any payment for promoting their products.
I do not work for Paula’s Choice, so any specific questions/concerns/complaints about their products should be directed to their customer service department at 1-800-831-4088. They are delightful.
Antioxidant serums should be the first product you apply after cleansing and toning.
RESIST C15 Super Booster – regular price – http://bit.ly/17z0Uad Note: when I originally did my notes for this video, I had the price as , which is why the math was off. But the price per oz is .16, which is still less than half of the CE Ferulic serum! This is the star of the lineup in my opinion due to its concentration and versatility, but it does not contain retinol like some of the other serums.
RESIST Super Antioxidant Serum – Regular price .00 – http://bit.ly/15ukiaT
RESIST Ultra-Light Antioxidant Serum – Regular price .00 – http://bit.ly/12PHprY
Skin Recovery Antioxidant Serum with retinol – Regular price .00 – http://bit.ly/18qe2NU
Skin Balancing Antioxidant Serum with retinol – Regular price .00 – http://bit.ly/SnkMWa
RESIST Wrinkle-Repair Retinol Serum – Regular price .00 – http://bit.ly/1dJS8bP
Aside from the C15 Super Booster serum, all of the PC antioxidant serums have the same silky silicone-based texture. Again, there is no scientific reason not to have silicones in skin care products, it’s just about your skin’s tolerance and your personal preferences. The RESIST serums have a different mixture of antioxidants than the Skin Recovery/Skin Balancing serums, but the biggest difference between them is that the RESIST serums do not contain retinol, and are therefore better for skins that react badly to retinol products.
The RESIST Intensive Wrinkle-Repair Retinol Serum is a retinol product, but did not cause any problems for me! It also has a much thinner texture than the regular RESIST antioxidant serum (shown in the dark blue tube), making it preferable to me personally. I would guess that the RESIST Ultra Light serum has a similar light texture, making it preferable for oily skins who don’t want a retinol product.
I do not give personalized recommendations in video comments or answer private messages. It is just not feasible for me to do so. I will try my best to answer questions in future videos, in facebook notes or (whenever I get around to it) in blog posts, but I regret that it is not possible to answer thousands of questions individually.
Please check my back catalog of videos and facebook notes–there is a lot of information in each!
Some products in this video were sent for review. This is not a sponsored video.

Hi, I’m Veronica! This is my 10th anniversary of becoming an esthetician, and I’m happy to share the wisdom that I’ve gathered over the years with all of you. My resume includes practicing in a famous LA plastic surgery center’s medical spa, a five-star hotel and two of the most famous waxing institutions in Beverly Hills. My skin care philosophy may be a bit different than a lot of what you hear about on the internet, but it’s based on many years of professional and personal experience and study.
If anything that I say is helpful to you, I would sincerely appreciate if you take a moment to share my videos!
Thank you, xo
